Use of this website

Content on this site — including images, text, layouts and the SWW marks — is the property of Stephanie White Walker and is shared for informational purposes. Please do not reproduce or republish portfolio images without written permission.

Estimates & proposals

Any pricing discussed informally or shown on this site is illustrative. Project costs are confirmed only in a written proposal or signed agreement specific to your scope, materials and timeline.

Design services

• Design concepts and documents are prepared for your project and remain our intellectual property until full payment, after which a license for personal use applies.
• Schedules depend on trades, material lead times and permitting, and may shift due to factors outside our control.
• Changes to an agreed scope may affect cost and timeline and will be confirmed in writing.

Scheduling

Consult bookings are made through TidyCal. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule so the time can be offered to someone else.

Liability

This website is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information shown here. Project work is governed by your individual service agreement.
